		<description>this sounds like a great idea; my cat, Benny loves his cardboard scratcher but it leaves the pieces all over the rug.  It also slides around the room and this looks like a much better product and would be easier for him to use.  It also looks like it is made much better and would hold together being wood rather than the cardboard ones that just fall apart; you would be able to just get refills and keep the base to continue using.  Much better product in my opinion.</description>
